Andy Puddicombe offers mindful wisdom for you to enhance your life in this marvelous TED video. I am not a monk and do not even have a daily meditation practice myself but I do get the calming ideas of focus and living in the moment.
Andy emphasizes through his juggling technique that we can change the way we experience life. We tend to get anxious about being anxious he shares, but it is time to let go, be mindful and live in the moment. Just watching him and listening to him will help you get there. I was in tears. He shares universal truths we all already innately know. Take his advice. Be mindful for ten minutes. And enjoy the video.
