I personally use organic chia seeds as part of my clean, whole food organic lifestyle. For myself, I would rather get my enhanced daily nutrition from an organic whole food like organic chia seeds rather than relying on just supplements. You can sprinkle the soft easy to digest tiny seeds on anything through out the day. Toss them into salads, omelets, yogurt, smoothies, hummus – you get the idea.
