Mark Twain famously said, “If voting made any difference, they wouldn’t let us do it.” Tomorrow will be the Mid-Term Elections when the Congress Critters cajole us to reelect them for another two years so they can continue on the merry way. According to a Gallop Poll published last July 15, Congress’ approval rating was whopping 15 percent. Yet, according to OpenSecrets.org, in 2012 90-percent of the U.S. House of Representatives were reelected.
